New Leaf City not in Dimensional Mirror

Title says it all. Currently, the only way to travel to Masteria and New Leaf City is to travel the pre-BB way (the Kerning City Subway).
It was in Dimensional Mirror before the V update, so please put it back where it used to be.
However, I did notice that Alien Visitors was in the Dimensional Mirror.. perhaps that's related to NLC (like it was in the past)??

Please include a fix for this in the December 15 maintenance.
