Can't apply my Evan link skill for some reason?

It appears my Evan still has it's link skill but it doesn't show in the link skill window.. Did they delete Evan's link skill by chance?
Also rip to my corsair I lost like 100k range when I logged on today and like 8k of my hp lol.

    about corsair ck his link sk's and hiper stats since they seem reseted
    evan link sems to be buged atm
