Obtaining accelerator item for Miho pet

I purchased a Miho pet recently and she is now fully leveled to 20. I'd like to evolve her but I can't seem to get a hold of the accelerator item needed to do so. The notes said that it was dropped from the bonus round of Elite Bosses. I've fought several and haven't come across any.

Does anyone know how rare they are or what bubble it drops from? I'm assuming it drops from the potion one so I've been trying to grab those if I can. Getting Elite bosses is already pretty time consuming if you don't want to leech off the ones spawned by hackers.
