Crash after region selection

So this is happening to me for a couple of days now. i cant go past region select since then maple will just crash. doesnt matter if its NA or EU. it says: "maple has stopped working". it is strange because i can play maple on my laptop but i cant on my desktop. maybe it is because my laptop is on wifi and my pc is internet. Its kinda annoying me now.
