Sleepywood Explorer Medal

I cant seem to get sleepywood explorer medal as 1 of the maps Cursed Temple: Prohibited Altar has a npc infront of it who keeps telling me to speak with a NPC named Dug which is at the Cursed Temple: Another Door map but he has no quest available for me am i missing something here or is it bugged?
