Bug type: Missing skill points from 3rd job

Brief bug summary: at lvl 61 the character should have at least 6 skill points but I only have 3

More details: leveled before the unscheduled maintenance and after the maintenance the character only had 3 skill points at 3rd job instead of 6 or whatever amount it is supposed to be at.
