Cannot accept quests, says I do not meet Level Req

Bug Type: Quest

Brief Bug Summary: I am unable to receive the quest Crimsonheart Escape, when I try I get an error message saying the Level Requirement is 130, Same thing happened with a Yu Garden quest, to turn in the Horse Statue.

Steps to reproduce: Be above the level requirement of these quests and try to attain them

Char lvl: 161

Char job: Wind Archer

World Name: Reboot

Date and time of incident: 3rd December 1.10 AM PST
