Controller Support Options Missing After Update?

Spent the last 15mins scanning over my UI and can't seem to find the settings to change my keybinds on my controller. It was all fine before the last time I played. I could change what button 1 was mapped to ingame. Seems the option was entirely removed.

Anyone know if its just my bad luck at finding it, or if it was really removed. Unable to use my controller as effectively anymore.
