Soft White Bun Not Working

So I've noticed that Soft White Buns don't do what they're supposedly supposed to do when I eat them. I used one, went to farm Hectors for a quest, and I still took damage.

This happened my currently Level 95 Corsair in Reboot. The character's name is UserRed and it happened on (i think) November 29 around 8:00 PM.

    Okay so Soft White Buns don't prevents HP loss while in the El Nath region for 30 minutes? Wonder if I have any of those. Hmm. If so I wonder if similar items still have their effect.
