Beast Tamer cannot complete V tracker

Beast Tamers can't go into Ellinel fairy academy therefore can't complete beginner explorer medal for the v tracker quests. Not sure if deleting and remaking counts towards the v tracker either as it says only 1 character can participate.

it's been some time since I played a beast master but if you out level the starter zone and pick up the victoria island quest line to get out while missing some quests then Ellinel fairy academy won't open up... that's what happened in the past anyway.

Head back to Stump Town, pick up ALL quests complete them and see if Ellinel fairy academy opens up to you.

IDK if that will solve anything but for whatever reason Nexon doesn't automatically give you Ellinel fairy academy quest line without finishing the BM starter zone (troublesome when you out level, especially with burning BMs)

(apologies in advance if you have already completed everything in the starter zone, just going off past knowledge of BM & Ellinel fairy academy)
