Transfer Hammer Between Same Level Equips

  I find it a little strange that we cannot transfer between equips of the same level with the transfer hammer. It would be useful to transfer from a regular equip to a boss one. For example transferring from Utgard/Pensalir to the Empress Set would be a good thing to be able to do.

  Also if you get a wrong class equip with good potentials, that already allows you to transfer to your class, this would make the potential useful, rather than go to waste.
