Bug type: Broken feature

Brief bug summary: Pressing the Weapon Growth button on a Zero character has no effect. The button simply does nothing.

Steps to reproduce: Reach a point of Weapon Growth on a Zero character and press the button in the weapon window.

Character level: 167

Character job: Zero

World name: Nova
