Mega Burning Bug

Hi, i would like to point out as well as many others did that i did not receive the rewards in the mega burning project event. On the first day of the event i received the items and deleted that character. Upon creating a new character i did not receive the items. I figured it was a one time thing per account now if you use it you lose it if you delete that character. However, i created a completely new account with absolutely nothing and all of this being in reboot work by the way and this new character on this new account that i burned only received the smail reward like my newest character on my old and account and my new one. I tried to accept the quest from the maple admin but all it does is tell you what the burning event can do not formally give you a quest. I wouldnt care normally but im not the best player by a long shot and the frozen set really does make the difference to me. I hope this is resolved soon
