Maple Leaf High Respawn Token

Brief bug summary: If you die in Maple Leaf High and use a respawn token, it will respawn the boss with the previous boss. So there would be 2 bosses after using the respawn token. Im assuming you are not suppose to be able to use a respawn token when you die.
