horrible server lag (makes game almost unplayable)

this is affecting MYCBKN. causes game to crash every 2-15 mins. periods of lag that last 20+ seconds. can you guys please do something about this?
I crashed so much during 2x last the weekend that I just gave up and stayed off the game.

    This is becoming REALLY F***ING annoying Nexon. I'm trying to complete V Event Rewards, but trying to get that damn inferno wolf to spawn is so damn rare and even when I am able to get the thing to spawn the client crashes or disconnects from the 'wonderful' servers you people are supporting. On top of that, even after managing to get the portal to spawn and receive the 180m Box, IT DOESN'T EVEN GIVE THE F***ING REWARDS! I want to play, but this sh*t is becoming unplayable.
