Reboot Link Event

Hello all,
I'm currently experiencing an issue where I do not receive the Reboot Link Event quest on my Reboot characters (mage class only), i created 1 mage class (luminous) 3 days ago and i accepted the quest from the lighting notification, but then i deleted this char, and now i dont see any lighting notification in any mage class.
So what can i do in this case?.
Does that mean I wont get the medal? :( .

    Quest text says "you can only accept this on one character", or words to that effect.
    Unlike the Burning event, this one doesn't say anywhere that "the only way to get it on another character is to delete the one you accepted it on."
    So I think that by deleting that Luminous you've made it so you can't get the Magician Ring, or the Medal.
