Reboot Link Event

Hello all,
I'm currently experiencing an issue where I do not receive the Reboot Link Event quest on my Reboot characters (mage class only), i created 1 mage class (luminous) 3 days ago and i accepted the quest from the lighting notification, but then i deleted this char, and now i dont see any lighting notification in any mage class.
So what can i do in this case?.
Does that mean I wont get the medal? :( .

    It's not a bug.
    You can only accept each quest on one character. If you deleted that character, you screwed yourself over.
