New Player - Unable To Create My First Character

Ran out of character slots and made new account, Maple Story crashes when making explorer class. Pretty disappointed a game so old is having beginner level issues. Pretty much killed my interest, maybe I'll try again in a few months. Really wanted to try Wizard Ice/Lightning sounded cool.
