Brief bug summary:
 Certain badges are not being distributed regardless of whether the criteria for the badge is met. Example: http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/badges/detail/11/like-level-3 (Note: The 'Like Level 3' Badge is just one of many badges that are not being properly rewarded.)


Steps to reproduce:
  1. Garner more than 100 likes.
  2. Check profile for badge
  3. ???
  4. No badge
