[Reboot] Meso gain different from BattleAnalysis

Been farming with my kanna lately at reboot server. I notice that the mesos i gained is different from the one recorded by battle analysis.
Is the battle analysis bugged or is the case that i didnt pick up all of them? Im currently only gaining half of whats shown on the battle analysis.
If the problem is with me not looting all of them, any tips to improve it? Do i need to get 3 pets?
