Brief bug summary: Cannot enter the inner circle/town of Kritias after accepting the quest "[Kritias] General's Pet"

More details: None of the 3 portals into town are working.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to Kritias
Accept the General's Pet quest
Attempt to enter the town to reach Beatrice to progress
The portals are unresponsive

Character name: Satires

Character level: 200

Character job: Fire/Poison Archmage

World name: Broa

Date and time of the incident: 2:05PM PST on the 7th of December

The Kritias prequests are required for the V Tracker event so I hope to see this fixed ASAP.
