I've had this problem for few weeks now that where I can't buy character slot expansion coupon from cash shop. (It says ''Due to unknown error, the request for Cash Shop has failed.'' I also tried expanding my character slots via free coupon from event. It got used up but no extra slots given..

Maplestory is having scheduled minor patch right now, so can you guys maybe try to fix this problem also?
