Does Normal Hilla drop the Blackheart pet box?

If so what is the drop rate?

    i alr had drop on normal mode but is really low
    hard mode drops way easier

    I got one on 30% drop rate before (Greed Pendant + Item Drop Rate +10% Inner Ability).
    Sometimes, it doesn't drop (even during 2x Drop). No one knows the exact % drop rate; it's all generated by the in-game RNG.

    on normal mode +- like 1 per month by doing daily
