Possible to reobtain junky necklace?

About a week ago I npc'ed my junky necklace that I got from Alishan because of the poor stats. And since I've finished the questline, I have my lightbulb icon clogged with Alishan dailies. So I'm hoping that if I do upgrade it, some repeatable quests will go away. However, I can't find an option to get another one. =/ Does anyone know if it's possible?
