They have no clue what is going on.
I talked to a rep via online chat, and was told the Black Friday Big Spender prizes went out as planned, and that I was the first to report a problem of not receiving mine, after he attempted to look it up, he told me I needed to create a ticket, as he would have me on hold for too long. I make a ticket, and am told the prizes have not gone out, and were never stated to go out, even though it was right in the patch notes in black and white, and that I just needed to wait. Do they not even pass the patch notes out to the reps, and let them know what is going on?
