missing reboot gift box

ive opened a hayato way back when as my first char in reboot, and i didnt like him at all, so i sent the gift box through the storage to another char, but when i tried to open it, it just disappeared and i cant find it on neither the new char or the hayato and seems like i lost it, never got the 20 mil mesos as well (level 30 box).
please help, im poor and sad now
