lvl 100 character card NOWworking *EDIT*

I just bought a lvl 100 character card on my Kanna (lvl 121). I logged out and made a new mercedes, but THERE WAS nothing in the inventory. The character screen keeps telling me to use the character card ICON in character selection even though I made several ( i tried demon slayer, cannoneer, etc.). There is no level up items in their inventory when i made them.

Need help asap. *EDIT* got it to work. sorry for the post.
