Question about transfering potential to SS ring.

So i was thinking, can i transfer potential to a SS ring? If i have a lv110 ring could i?

    If the ring can be potentialled but can't be enhanced (star force), you can't.
    I tried using transfer hammer on my level 110 Silver Blossom ring, and it would not show the Reboot Vengeance Ring as a possible destination. I think the SS ring is just like the Vengeance ring in that way.
