unable to use white cube(5) code from marvel

When i attempt to register the code first time i get: please check and see if the coupon number is right.
If i quickly try again i get the message saying its alredy used and when i wait a little the code comes back to be unused in the marvel coupon list.
Am i alone having this problem or is this a known issue with white cube codes? or maybe only 5 bundled one?
