Best party buffs after V update?

I know HS will always be one of the best buffs, but what other buffs are good that affect the party, and what classes are the best buffers?
I already know about phantom getting to pick and choose the buffs it can give so it's a good buffer. What of Cat's buffs stack with other buffs? I know it's +30% exp doesn't stack with HS, but the rest?

    HS/Kishin Shoukan for grinding

    Basically same- bishop/kanna for boss supporters, but I'm rusty on that part. There might be even more with the changes. Battle mage, Beast Tamer also perhaps.
