Disconnects right after selecting NA server

For the past week every time i select the NA server I disconnect. Then that message comes up saying you cannot access the game because
1. The game world is down for maintenance
2. You are accessing the game from a banned IP
3. Internet connection is not stable.
Now i know the game isn't down for maintenance because I see my brother playing and the internet connection is stable because yeah he's playing the game. I don't see why i would be IP banned because I didn't do anything. Maplestory just decided to not let me log in anymore. Can someone help?

    I believe almost everyone is getting that, so you're not alone on this. So I'm not quite sure, but I think it's the client itself.
