Brief bug summary: Magnus pre-quest chain ends after the first quest.

More details: Next quest doesn't show up where it's supposed to be, at the NPC Beldar.

Steps to reproduce: Complete quest "To Pantheon" on Hayato, and check NPC Beldar for a quest that he doesn't have.
