Bug type: Quest function unable to be fulfilled

Description: The quest is given by the NPC Suspicious Man and is title (lv68) This can be made from Balrog Leather. I've completed and gathered the 20 requisite Balrog leather and talked to the NPC with plenty of space in my inventory, but the quest cannot be completed and prompts me "(null) item inventory is full". You guys might want to check on that.
