[BUG] I can't link EVAN link Skill

Bug type: Evan link skill

Brief bug summary: Since the new patch(v.178), I cannot link anymore the link skill of my Evan in any character, and i was hoping in the new patch that was launched today this bug would be resolved, but its still bugged.
But for new Evans created after patch v.178 the link skill works propertly, this problem is happening just for Evan that was created before patch v.178

Character name: HiBaKe

Character level: 153

Character job: Evan

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 12/15/2016
