I can't seem to create a burning character... bug?

I wanted to make a new character and the people in my guild recommended making a burning character. I made it and now it's burning is over and i cant create a new burning character. It doesn't ask me during the character creation screen and I'm wondering if it is possible to make a second burning character after the first one.

    There is no burning event active right now.
    The first burning season ended on the 13th. The second one will start on the 28th.

    Thank you! I didn't know if it was bugged or not, I'm kinda new so i didn't know there had to be an event :P
