Black Cipher is terrible

So Black Cipher just loads forever, and when I try to bypass is and stop the process to actually get in the game NGS accuses me of hacking and terminates my game. Even if Black Cipher loads and doesn't freeze NGS still terminates my game. Nexon when is this going to be fixed? Ive seen hundreds of complaints about this, do you not care that a good majority of your community cannot play properly?
