Bug type: Evan's Link Skill not showing up in the link skill window.

Brief bug summary: None of my characters can link the Evan link skill because it's not showing up.

More details: I noticed that the link skill wasn't showing right after the first V update patch came out, and it's still not fixed lol..

Character name: Irrelevant.

Character level: Irrelevant.

Character job: Irrelevant.

World name: Irrelevant.

Date and time of the incident: 11/30/2016 after the patch.
