Aran early questline text bug

Brief bug summary: Happens during the Lv19 Aran quests "Your Second Informant Assignment" and "Golems Amok". Unrelated additional text from another quest appears in the NPC chat windows.

More details: When accepting the first quest from Tru, he says to meet Chief Stan about golems. In the next window he says to meet Rowen about Green Mushrooms, but there is no quest from Rowen.

When accepting the second quest from Chief Stan, he asks to hunt Stone Golems. In the next window he asks to hunt Green Mushrooms, but that is actually not part of the quest.

Steps to reproduce: Create an Aran character and accept the Lv19 quests

Character name: ArmaDiana

Character level: 25

Character job: Aran

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 18 Oct 2016 2 a.m.

    I created another Aran after the latest patch and can confirm this bug is still present
