Requested a fix on pets/soaring a year ago....

Pets are de-summoned upon using the Soaring Mount skill, and do not return until manually made to do so.

An update to the game more than a year ago had made it so pets re-appear when entering Temple of Time from the dragon flight from Leafre, why hasn't that functionality been applied to the Soaring mount skill?
