Maha's fury does not last for the specified time.

Bug type: game.

Brief bug summary: When using Maha's fury you will notice that it starts off 1 second later than what is specified in the skill description. So if I was to use it it and the skill lasted 55 seconds for me then it would start at 54 and go right to 53 1 second later meaning you lose 1 second for nothing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use Maha's fury.
2. Check timer of skill compared to what it starts off as.

Character job: Aran
Date and time of the incident: Since V update.
