Cant purchase name change

it says I dont have enough nexon prepaid.
Guess you can buy it only with Karma coin ? Need clarification. Nexon
why are you doing this. You can change your name for free in KMS. I just wasted my 10 bucks.

    Not a bug. It's only purchasable with Nexon prepaid.
    And you can't change name for free in KMS.

    Yes, you can change your name for free. They have a NPC named, Mr.Newname. Well, its not compeltely free but, unlike GMS, you dont have to spend real money to change your name

    To change your name, you will need to pay 15,000 Maple Points or use a Character Name Change Coupon.

    If you look at it that way, cubes are free in KMS, too.
