Need help locating an emblem please

Can't find the quest for it anywhere;

Gold Crescent Emblem
Required Level: 100
Required Job: Warrior
Category: Emblem

M.Att: +2
W.Att: +2
STR: +10
DEX: +10
INT: +10
LUK: +10
Sold for 1 mesos
Cannot be sold to NPC
Untradable


Came in 5th job patch, i've seen fellow hayato with it, anyone shed some light on how i get it?

I've tried the momijigaoka quests none have got me to an emblem, i've even got stuck at the end of Hiezan dungeons as i have the Mirror and other roasary for questline and its saying i've not complete it.

Please can anyone shed some light on this thanks ^^
