Are there gonna be new deals tomorrow or is everything just gonna go away (the ends of 27th stuff) and nothing is gonna replace it?

    Probably will be new deals.
    They're always announced at midnight PST. Yes, even after the game servers were moved to UTC. Why? Because Nexon.
