No longer getting Mini Map mode option since patch

Since Strange Stories patch, the System option UI got changed and have some new addition, skill transparency which is cool. And the UI has a new look. I also notice we can no longer choose Mini Map mode. It is just not showing when looking at System Option. It is in Normal mode right now, by default and there is absolutely no way to choose Simple Mode.
