Make unique skins available

Aran and Mercedes both have their unique skins, I ask you to add them among buyable skins.
Mercedes's skin is paler than "pale skin" and it still is not white. (it makes a difference to me)
Aran's skin is more pink tint than brown tanned, and slightly lighter.
These skins are already within game so it should be a piece of cake to add them to skin cares.
