Make vanquishing journey quests easier

Legit, the first quest when I needed to collect 30 happy memories took me 40 minutes, this arcane power requirement is giving me no motivation to finish the rest of the quests.

    u were suppose to go back to the temple of time to get a clean arcane symbol

    I'm pretty sure you can't get the Happy Memory quest if you don't finish that quest.
    However, even if one gets the symbol *and equips it*, the enemies in Vanishing Journey are tough. Especially in Reboot where they have 10x the HP. This is definitely not an area for the unfunded.
