Cannot Accept Guild Invites

Brief bug summary:
I made a guild just a moment ago. I was recruiting members, I tried accepting them. It did nothing. I tried relogging and so did the other player. We tried channel changing. I click the circle thing to accept, it pops up the guild menu and nothing happened. It did the same thing to the other player EXCEPT it just keep on saying 'requesting to join'.

More details:
Another player tried to help us out, it didn't work. We asked if it had something to do with levels or whatnot. Because the first guy was level 60, the second guy was level 120 or something, and it both didn't work. As for right now, the second guy is helping me find a solution while I'm filing in this bug report.
