HELP! Eternal Wedding Ring Coupon Glitch

Bug type: Eternal Wedding Ring disappeared.

Brief bug summary: When i double click the coupon, NPC Jane says 'I don't think you have the Eternal Wedding Ring Coupon in your inventory', when i do.

More details:
I'm already married and saw this quest, so i stupidly decided to accept it. They deleted my Eternal Wedding Ring, gave me this Eternal Wedding Ring Coupon but it won't give me a new Eternal Wedding Ring Dx

Character name: SaiyajinF
Character level: 218
Character job: Hero
World name: Windia
Date and time of the incident: Today around 6pm GMT

On my character card, it still shows i'm married but it would be nice if i could get my Eternal Wedding Ring back Dx
