Brief bug summary:

Jett has extra skill points left in 4th job after maxing all skills.



Steps to reproduce:

Get one Jett to level 140 or above and use all your skill points in 4th job.



Expected result:

Jett should have 0 skill point left in 4th job after maxing every skill in 4th job.



Observed result:

I have seen Jett with 30 skill points left up to 180 skill points left in 4th job after maxing every skill in 4th job.
