Didn't receive V Hot Week Gift Box - 4th day

More details:
just logged in to game to get new Gift Box (12 January) which I was waiting for for a long time (I really needed this slot coupons), clicked on gift icon on the left side and accepted gift.
After that I didn't receive Gift Box. There is no info on chat about that I received it, there is no gift box in USE TAB.
I reloged but there isn't any box.
